The initiative includes the following grant programs: Healthy Transitions, which supports 16- to 25-year-olds who have, or are at risk of, a serious mental health condition; Project AWARE (Advancing Wellness and Resilience in Education), which focuses on school-aged youth; and ReCAST (Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma), which funds communities that have experienced recent civil unrest.
